Refund, Returns and Warranty Policy


-You have 30 days to claim an exchange or a refund.

-To be eligible for a refund all items must be in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. We do not accept refunds of use items. Please send us an email to to confirm if you are eligible to receive a refund or an exchange.

Sale Items

-We do not provide refunds or exchanges on SALE items. 


-All Rattan Palm products will be covered for one year from date-of-purchase against issues arising from manufacturing defects and faults. This cover is only available to the original owner and is not transferable.
